T&L Impressions was responsible for the end-to-end brand development, which included:
- Logo design and visual identity system
- Comprehensive brand guidelines covering color palettes, typography, tone, and application
- Design of digital marketing materials such as banners, mockups, and brand assets for web and social media

The handbook was designed as a comprehensive starter kit for workshops under the Havoline autoPro network, aimed at guiding workshop owners in aligning with brand standards, customer service practices, and outlet branding.
T&L Impressions was responsible for:
- Concept development and layout design
- Brand-aligned visual direction and formatting
- Clear, structured presentation of guidelines and service standards
- Print-ready and digital-friendly format for easy distribution
The final handbook not only reflects Havoline’s professional image but also serves as a practical onboarding tool to ensure workshop consistency across the region.
